Contract Co-Sec Administrator

Our client is seeking a temporary Co-Sec Administrator to assist in taking minutes for a management meeting at the Peninsula Hotel. This position will be on a temporary basis, covering three days: Thursday, 28th May, Friday, 29th May, and the morning of Saturday, 30th May. Working hours are likely to be from 9.30am on Thursday, 9am on Friday, and 9am on Saturday, with Thursday and Friday being full days, approximately from 9am to 5pm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in accurately documenting the discussions and decisions made during the meeting. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Job Duties:

  • Attend and document minutes for the management meeting
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in the recorded minutes
  • Provide a summary of key points discussed during the meeting
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary topics are covered

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong minute-taking skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
