Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator for Occupational Pensions, a role that offers an exciting and varied experience, encompassing oversight and coordination for the onboarding of both international and domestic schemes for occupational clients. The position is designed to ensure that clients have a positive experience throughout the onboarding process, adapting international plans to meet specific client needs. This role involves active engagement with client representatives and members, as well as the responsibility for accurate plan system setup and detailed handover. The successful candidate will operate as a B level signatory under the oversight of the Occupational Pensions manager. This is a full-time position.
Job Duties:
- Provide oversight for the efficient and effective onboarding of international and domestic corporate clients.
- Ensure a positive customer experience, precise system setup, and maintenance of fee spreadsheets.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of a pension, ensuring timely setup of occupational plans.
- Lead the discovery phase for international business to understand client needs and develop suitable plans.
- Liaise with the Legal team on trust documentation and with the Marketing team on plan collateral.
- Oversee accurate setup of clients on relevant systems and provide training and support to HR for new clients.
- Conduct employee engagement presentations following training sessions.
- Ensure accurate recording, collection, and upkeep of fees.
- Act as the escalation point for the Onboarding team and ensure detailed handover of new cases to the Operations Team.
- Handle queries and requests from clients, members, and third parties.
- Support the management team in training and developing junior staff members.
- Propose, test, and implement process improvements alongside the management team.
- Adhere to processes that ensure precise administration and record keeping.
- Understand and apply client due diligence requirements in line with policies.
- Act as an Authorised ‘B’ Signatory upon successful completion of the probationary period.
- Prepare documents for review and sign-off by other signatories.
- Develop knowledge of the team’s products and services while maintaining quality results within deadlines.
- Engage in ongoing training as required and undertake system testing when necessary.
- Take responsibility for personal development in line with agreed objectives.
- Perform additional tasks that may arise as the role evolves.

- At least three years of working experience in the pensions industry.
