Job Duties:

• Engage with and attract potential candidates to participate in the development programme.
• Promote the upcoming events in Guernsey and Jersey to suitable candidates.
• Facilitate the participant's understanding of the structured early careers pathway.
• Support candidates throughout the application and event processes.
• Develop relationships with educational institutions to source high-potential candidates.

Job Requirements:

• Background in recruitment or experience working with early career professionals is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates.
• Ability to effectively promote events and encourage participation.
• Organisational skills to manage event logistics and candidate follow-ups.
• Interest in supporting individuals' professional growth and career progression.
