Financial Accountant

This permanent position for a Financial Accountant requires a part-qualified or qualified individual. The ideal applicant will possess strong leadership skills as they will be responsible for managing a team. The Financial Accountant will be expected to deliver comprehensive financial reporting and insights that will guide decision-making processes. Job Duties:

• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Manage and oversee the financial accounting process
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial insights
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Drive efficiency and improvement in financial processes

Job Requirements:

• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
• Demonstrated experience in a financial accounting role within a commercial setting
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
