In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, which includes Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The position requires a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and the capability to create solutions that enhance business processes and inform decision-making. The focus will be on crafting custom business solutions, utilising skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to develop applications, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights through data visualisation. Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Create data visualisation and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, IT, operations, and management to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions
- Enhance and extend current systems to address new business requirements, reporting, compliance, or risk needs
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of developed solutions
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure applications remain efficient and effective
- Document solutions for future reference and training
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform
Job Requirements:
- Basic experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Exposure to common data service, data connectors, and APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability, time management, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologie
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900
- Familiarity with SQL and database managemen
- Basic knowledge of additional programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CS
- Experience in banking, investment, or FinTech sector
- Experience applying generative and agentic AI within business or low-code platforms
