Manager, Client Services

The role of Manager, Client Services involves acting as a director for Client services, collaborating with other directors to ensure compliant management of client companies. This position requires the successful candidate to ensure adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements, thereby promoting the highest standards of client relationship management. The manager will be responsible for a portfolio of Real Estate clients, and familiarity with limited partnerships will be advantageous. Trust and company administration services will be provided for an allocated caseload, primarily consisting of medium to high-risk multi-jurisdictional high net worth clients, in alignment with the strategic plan and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and support for personal development. Accurate time recording is essential to derive the correct fee income.

Job Duties:

  • Act as a Client Company Director, ensuring compliant management of client companies.
  • Manage a portfolio of Real Estate clients, leveraging knowledge of limited partnerships.
  • Provide trust and company administration services to medium/high risk multi-jurisdictional high net worth clients.
  • Support the Senior management team and colleagues as needed.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal customer relationships and efficiencies through clear objective setting.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate time recording for appropriate fee income generation.

Job Requirements:

  • A strategic and practical understanding of high-quality client service delivery.
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficient technical knowledge in CSP/TSP services.
  • Strong organisational skills and workflow control.
  • Deep understanding of the importance of strong Corporate Governance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements.
