Administrator, Client Services

The role involves administering support alongside other team members under the guidance of the Client Services Manager. Key responsibilities include dealing accurately with all issues and administrative tasks in alignment with the strategic plan, regulatory requirements, service levels, and organisational standards to meet client expectations. The Administrator will assist with the management of a portfolio of client companies and trusts and contribute to the review of investments and related documentation. This position requires the preparation of minutes and resolutions, opening and managing client bank accounts, and undertaking relevant statutory filings. The role also involves processing financial transactions such as dividends, distributions, and loans while maintaining accurate company and trust records. In addition, the Administrator will assist in collating client data for regulatory and internal reporting, supporting the overall improvement of internal customer efficiency.

Job Duties:

  • Administer client services under the guidance of the Client Services Manager
  • Manage a portfolio of client companies and trusts
  • Review client investments and related documentation
  • Prepare minutes and resolutions
  • Open and manage client bank accounts and prepare payment instructions
  • Undertake statutory filing as required
  • Process financial transactions, including dividends, distributions, and loans
  • Maintain company and trust records, ensuring due diligence
  • Assist with regulatory and internal reporting by collating client data
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes for efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in CSP/TSP
  • Working towards a professional qualification
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workflow independently
  • Understanding of corporate governance principles and their application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a clear understanding of regulatory requirements
