Senior Administrator, Funds & Corporate

This role is crucial to the success of the business and plays an integral part in establishing a reputation for delivering client-focused services that exceed expectations. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, and the candidate will be required to work both independently and collaboratively within the Funds function. The successful applicant will be responsible for liaising with clients to ensure timely and efficient responses to queries, preparing and reviewing correspondence, and supporting general office operations. Additionally, the position requires monitoring bank platform access, supporting payment processes, and supervising junior team members. The role also includes assisting with the preparation of client reporting, conducting account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. Lastly, it is essential to maintain adherence to the company’s vision and values throughout all aspects of the role.

Job Duties:

  • Liaise with clients to ensure questions/queries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and review correspondence and payments for clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Support general office operations, including front-of-house and meeting logistics
  • Monitor and manage bank platform access
  • Support the payments processes for clients
  • Supervise and monitor the workloads and workflow of junior team members
  • Assist with the preparation of client reporting, including board papers, as needed
  • Review monthly client account reconciliations
  • Check payments and act as a ‘B’ signatory for the section
  • Complete regulatory reporting to the GFSC and other ad-hoc reporting where required
  • Assist with the renewal of insurance policies for all clients, including liaising with insurers
  • Conduct general correspondence with clients and connected parties
  • Complete and input time in the time billing system on a daily basis
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Complete any other duties as required according to the evolving needs of the team and role

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the finance industry
  • Holds or is studying towards a relevant professional qualification
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to meet specified deadlines, prioritise work, and use initiative
  • Proactive and methodical approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
