Senior Client Administrator

As a Senior Client Administrator, the role encompasses the management and day-to-day administration of client entities within the portfolio. This full-time position is pivotal in supporting the team and fostering the development of junior team members. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing payments and compliance checks, ensuring all client deadlines are met, and managing the transition of new business. Furthermore, the individual will participate actively in communication and collaboration with internal departments while mentoring junior staff. The position demands a proactive approach to risk management and compliance, alongside a commitment to maintaining high standards of governance.

Job Duties:

  • Take ownership of the daily administration of client entities and team portfolio.
  • Provide structure for time management of tasks and utilise a calendar system according to departmental procedures.
  • Oversee the senior checking of Payments and Control Sheets, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with procedures.
  • Manage the onboarding and handover of new business, coordinating with relevant internal departments.
  • Ensure all key client deadlines are met, including prioritising regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct continuous risk assessments of workload, adhering to company procedures for client reviews and onboarding.
  • Offer mentoring, support, and guidance to junior staff members and foster collaborative working within the team.
  • Attend and actively engage in team meetings, promoting information sharing across teams and departments.
  • Maintain a proactive and solution-focused approach, representing the organisation positively at external events.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a CSP environment is essential.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational and time-keeping skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks according to company procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • A commitment to continual self-improvement and technical knowledge development across all sectors.
