Senior Administrator, Fund Services

Job Duties:

  • Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private equity fund structures, delivering exceptional service to a high-quality client base.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop specialist expertise in fund administration, regulatory requirements, and private equity structures within a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Partner with colleagues across the business to manage risk and ensure compliance while delivering outstanding client outcomes.
  • Support the growth and success of the team through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification (or working towards one), such as ACCA, ICSA, CIB, or STEP, with experience in fund, corporate, or fiduciary administration.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, compliance, and client administration within a financial services environment.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the confidence to support, mentor, and share knowledge with colleagues.
