This role is integral to supporting an intelligence-led approach to supervision by proactively identifying and assessing emerging risks within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will work a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Duties will encompass gathering, researching, and evaluating information from diverse sources to develop intelligence regarding potential regulatory concerns and threats such as unauthorised activity. The role requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and demands a proactive mindset to conduct horizon scanning activities to anticipate risks. The analyst will engage with complex data sets to provide accurate intelligence reports and contribute to strategy meetings focused on regulatory matters. The aim is to enhance the integrity and reputation of Jersey's financial services industry while delivering timely and impactful intelligence that supports risk-based supervision.
