Contract Entity Reviewer - 3 months

An experienced Entity Reviewer is sought to join the team as soon as possible. This temporary position spans three months, with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs. The successful candidate will engage in reviewing and assessing entities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The role demands a commitment to upholding compliance protocols, requiring individuals to undertake periodic reviews meticulously. Key responsibilities include analysing documentation and evaluating risks whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy. The position offers full-time hours, with flexible shifts either from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The organisation is eager to fulfil this role quickly and appreciates candidates with short notice periods (ideally one week or less).

Job Duties:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of entities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse and verify documentation related to entities.
  • Undertake periodic reviews based on established guidelines.
  • Assess risks associated with entities and recommend necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide constructive feedback for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of reviews and findings.
  • Prepare reports summarising review outcomes for internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong fiduciary and compliance experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience undertaking periodic reviews.
  • Proven experience in entity review or a similar compliance-related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
