Corporate Product Associate

This position is for a Corporate Product Associate to join the Commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis in either Guernsey or Jersey. The role encompasses product management, commercial analysis, and corporate banking support, providing a varied and engaging work experience. Responsibilities include the development and management of savings, mortgage, and corporate banking products, along with coordinating product and pricing changes. The individual will support commercial decision-making and deliver exceptional service to corporate banking clients. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs. The Corporate Product Associate will play a crucial part in supporting the organisation’s business growth objectives while maintaining a strong focus on risk and regulatory compliance.

Job Duties:

  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of savings, mortgage, and corporate banking products.
  • Assist with pricing, forecasting, liquidity management, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate product launches, pricing changes, and customer communications across relevant systems and channels.
  • Support product governance activities, including approvals, reviews, and documentation.
  • Gather customer, market, and competitor insights to help shape future propositions.
  • Deliver exceptional support to corporate banking clients, ensuring instructions and requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong focus on risk, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Essential experience in a banking, financial services, or client support environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and good IT skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of savings and mortgage markets.
  • Desirable experience in product development, product management, or proposition support.
  • Knowledge of pricing, forecasting, or commercial analysis.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience within banking, trust, or wider financial services sectors.
  • Knowledge of savings and/or mortgage products.
