Company Administrator

This role is for an experienced Company Administrator with a minimum of two years' experience in a Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP). Situated in the Isle of Man, the successful candidate will join a dedicated team while maintaining responsibility for their own portfolio of companies. The position offers an opportunity for career progression, aiming for a Senior role within 12 to 18 months. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities typical of company administration, ensuring compliance and service quality for a diverse client base. Job Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for company formation, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory filings and returns.
  • Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients to address their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client accounts.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a TCSP or similar role.
  • Ideally someone looking to become a senior within the next 12 months.
  • Strong knowledge of company law and compliance obligations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
