Contract AML File Reviewer

This fixed-term role seeks a highly organised and detail-oriented AML File Reviewer to support the client-facing and compliance team until 31 December 2026. The successful candidate will be tasked with assisting in the filing of paperwork, inputting data, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with AML regulations. Responsibilities will include document management, data input, internal liaison, project support, and compliance assistance. The role requires the ability to maintain up-to-date records for project tracking and reporting while adhering strictly to compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Organise, file, and maintain project-related documents, ensuring accessibility and compliance with AML documentation standards.
  • Input data accurately into internal systems and maintain records as part of ongoing AML-related projects.
  • Act as a key point of contact for communication between teams, ensuring support for the project and timely completion of deadlines.
  • Assist the AML Project Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing progress reports.
  • Support compliance with AML regulations by ensuring proper documentation and assisting in audits or reviews.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering regulations and procedures is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
