Our client is seeking a Senior Client Administrator who will take on the responsibility of managing a portfolio of clients while providing technical support to the Client Services team and senior management. The position is full-time, based in the Isle of Man, offering a conducive work environment that allows for flexibility and professional growth. The primary focus of this role is to maintain excellent service levels for clients, ensuring that relationships are strong and enduring. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to develop strategies aligned with their goals, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements, and driving business targets to completion.
JOB DUTIES:
- Direct responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that excellent service levels are provided to clients to ensure longevity of relationships.
- Understand and act upon the profitability of the allocated client portfolio by reviewing and collecting work in progress (WIP), ensuring prompt collection of fees and investigating other revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and intermediaries, collaborating with other teams within the business to ensure both client and business objectives are met.
- Help to ensure the organisation is compliant with local regulatory requirements, supporting a positive relationship with the local regulator through strong governance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry legislation and proposed changes.
- Drive appropriate behaviours and take action to ensure agreed business targets are met.
- Collaborate with and provide technical assistance to the team, offering guidance and support to team members as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Five GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above.
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Once qualified, maintaining the relevant continued professional development (CPD) hours in line with the qualification and/or the requirements of the business is expected.
- Previous experience in a similar role with responsibility for managing a client portfolio would be beneficial.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche is desirable.
