Client Administrator

Our client is a professional services organisation based in the Isle of Man. This full-time position provides an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Client Services team and management. As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the effective management of client accounts and services. This role will involve a range of duties, including the administration of bank and investment accounts, drafting agreements and deeds, and supporting senior members of the Client Services team. You will also be engaged in direct communication with clients and intermediaries, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Open and administer bank and investment accounts.
  • Draft agreements and deeds.
  • Draft minutes to support management decisions.
  • Input payments accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate with clients and intermediaries to address queries.
  • Assist in the administration of trust and company clients.
  • Aid senior members of the Client Services team to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Undertake reasonable additional or alternative duties as required by business needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Five GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above are essential.
  • Previous experience in a trust and corporate services provider (TCSP) role is beneficial.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required, with familiarity in CCH, Viewpoint, and Laserfiche being desirable.
  • External and internal training will be supported and encouraged by the organisation.
  • You should demonstrate strong accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative engagement and transparent communication skills are essential for working effectively within the team.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key characteristics for success.
