Administrator, Fund Services

Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Fund Services team, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality administration services while managing key client activities. This full-time position is situated in a hybrid working environment, allowing for flexibility. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, gaining valuable exposure to investor distributions, corporate governance, financial processes, and regulatory requirements. JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of client entities, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with governing documents, regulatory obligations and client requirements.
  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
  • Coordinate investor distribution activities and support the timely delivery of corporate administration and client reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with Client Accounting Solutions and other stakeholders to support accounting, annual accounts, billing and related financial processes.
  • Maintain accurate statutory records, client databases and documentation, ensuring information remains current and compliant.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including billing and aged debt management, helping to support strong operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Participate in client reviews, identify potential risks or issues and escalate matters appropriately to management.
  • Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educated to A-Level or degree standard, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in funds, trust, corporate administration or a related financial services environment.
  • Sound understanding of local funds, company and trust regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a client-focused environment.
  • A relevant professional qualification such as CGI, STEP or equivalent would be advantageous, along with experience using corporate administration and client management systems.
