Client Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to enhance their commitment to providing thoughtful, personal, and high-quality service to clients. In this full-time, permanent role, you will collaborate with the Engagement Lead within the Fiduciary Team to ensure that relationships with existing clients remain healthy and secure, upholding the firm’s excellent service standards.

Job Duties:

• Act as Key Person as defined by the Financial Services Authority, ensuring compliance with expected standards.
• Strengthen internal team capability by mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members.
• Deliver coordinated, efficient, and compliant operations across your portfolio of clients.

Job Requirements:

• Attained or working towards a STEP or CGI qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the TSCP sector is required.
• Prior experience using ViewPoint and Laserfiche would be advantageous.
