The Role

As a Senior Executive Recruiter, you’ll manage your own portfolio of candidates and oversee the full recruitment process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable positions
• Providing professional guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey
• Delivering results with integrity, professionalism, and care
• Staying informed on market trends to provide valuable insights

About You:

You’re a people person who thrives on helping others succeed and building meaningful connections. You may come from a background in:

• 6 years + Recruitment/HR, Finance or Sales experience

You’ll bring:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, professional and positive attitude
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals
