Assistant Trust Manager

Our client is seeking an ambitious Assistant Trust Manager to manage a portfolio of trust and company structures for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients in the MENA region. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their trust structures are managed in accordance with company policies and regulatory frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with global Relationship Managers across various regions, ensuring that the highest standard of service is delivered.

Job Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of trust and company structures, ensuring adherence to governing documents and company procedures and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality services in collaboration with the global Relationship Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews of trust structures and client profiles in line with risk management frameworks and the regulatory environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments, service providers, and professional advisors to meet client servicing needs.
  • Participate in client meetings, including preparation and travel as necessary.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in trust and company administration.
  • STEP Diploma or similar qualification in trust and company administration is ideal.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment, including AML and CFT requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of tax matters would be advantageous.
  • Ability to contribute positively to projects, addressing challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
