This is a full-time role, involving 37.5 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will report to the Facilities Manager within the Human Resources department. The role requires ensuring critical areas comply with industry standards, conducting daily inspections, and managing technical issues as they arise. The Facilities Technician will also be involved in maintaining various mechanical and electrical services, ensuring security and alarm systems operate effectively, and participating in an on-call rota for out-of-hours issues.
