This role is for an Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact between the Relationship Managers, the Bank, and a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest standard of client service is delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client instructions and managing the entire process of deposits and payments, foreign exchange, securities transactions, and corporate actions. They will provide a highly personalised service through proactive client engagement and will be tasked with preparing account opening documentation. Resolving issues, such as missing information or red flags, will be done in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and onboarding team. Moreover, the Account Manager must ensure that client accounts are maintained to meet group minimum standards and support the Relationship Manager in monitoring transactional activity and addressing remediation requirements.
