Our client is looking for recent graduates to join their Graduate Development Programme (GDP). The GDP is open to graduates from any discipline or exceptional school leavers. The programme provides an opportunity to work across a range of divisions within the organisation, offering placements within three of the Supervisory Divisions. Graduates will gain experience in writing reports and letters, conducting project research, making recommendations, and undertaking on-site visits, all while contributing to the organisation's ongoing work and objectives.
Job Duties:
- Undertake placements across various divisions within the organisation
- Banking and Insurance Division
- Investment, Fiduciary and Pension Division
- Financial Crime Division
- Enforcement Division
- Authorisations and Innovation Division
- Risk and Financial Stability Division
- Perform general tasks such as writing reports, letters, and project research.
- Assist with making recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Contribute to on-site visits and other aspects of regulatory and operational tasks.
- Learn and gain exposure to the processes and tasks specific to each division, gaining broad knowledge of the organisation's operations.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
- Receive mentorship and on-the-job training to develop a strong understanding of the industry and the organisation’s work.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline, or an exceptional school leaver.
- The ability to form opinions, analyse information, and exercise sound judgement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation with good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn from experience and adapt to various situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the team’s success.
