Our client is seeking a temporary Analyst for a 6 month contract. This role can be full-time or part-time, based in Guernsey, and involves supporting various aspects of the listings process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to ongoing internal projects. Job Duties:
• Processing further issues, partial redemptions, delisting applications, and change requests (e.g., issuer name, registered office)
• Peer reviewing listing application documents and conducting risk assessments
• Screening and inputting of directors' information
• Undertaking risk reviews as required
• Supporting ongoing internal projects, including data cleansing and user acceptance testing of a new system
• Providing ad hoc support to the Listings and Market Regulation departments
Job Requirements:
• A Levels or Degree
• Experience in related fields such as law, finance, business, or AML/CFT is advantageous
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive, analytical, and inquisitive approach
• Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated environment
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Methodical and organised, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
