Our client is seeking a skilled Field Photocopier Service Engineer. This is a full-time role, 5 days a week from 8.30 am to 5 pm, with a competitive salary based on experience. Job Duties
- Service and maintain networked Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and photocopiers
- Provide on-site technical support to minimise disruptions to clients’ daily operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Interact with clients at all levels, ensuring their needs are met
- Assist in the installation and management of print and document solutions such as uniFLOW, eCopy, and PaperCut
- Provide training to end users as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keep accurate records of work completed and any outstanding issues
Job Requirements:
- 3 years+ industry experience in printer/copier maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of basic networking and cloud print software management
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good computer and analytical abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to train clients in equipment use
- Valid driver’s licence
- Right to work in Guernsey
