Our client is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to support and implement solutions focused on communication and collaboration systems, primarily Mitel, Session Border Controllers, Cloud Voice, and Teams Connect. In this role, you will work within a customer-focused team, committed to delivering excellent solutions and enhancing the in-life customer experience. You will demonstrate strong technical competence, contributing to technology decision-making and advising clients on governance to ensure system stability. Reporting to the Application Support Manager, you will be part of the Professional Services and B2B Operations engineering team, responsible for providing implementation, support, and design assistance for enterprise client projects. You will collaborate closely with the Professional Services Consultants to deliver unified communications solutions.
