Senior Tax Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Administrator to assist with tax compliance and reporting for individual, company, and trust clients from both UK and Jersey perspectives. This role involves preparing and submitting tax returns, liaising with tax authorities, and supporting administration teams with tax-related queries.

Job Duties:

  • Draft Jersey personal, company, and trust tax returns and computations.
  • Prepare UK personal, corporation tax, trust, CGT, and ATED returns and computations.
  • Assist with FATCA & CRS reporting, entity classification, and completion of W-8BEN forms (or equivalent).
  • Liaise with clients and tax authorities regarding tax returns, assessments, appeals, and payments.
  • Provide guidance to administration teams on tax-related matters and ensure timely tax payments.
  • Raise and process client invoices for tax services.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or tax role.
  • Working towards or holding a recognised tax or accountancy qualification.
  • Strong understanding of UK and Jersey tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and regulatory correspondence.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
