Our client is seeking a Client Director to lead a client delivery team, primarily administering fund clients and managing key client relationships. This role involves overseeing workloads, ensuring governance requirements are met, and acting as a director for client vehicles where required.
Job Duties:
- Manage a client delivery team, overseeing workloads and ensuring key tasks are completed.
- Act as Client Director for key relationships and, if required, as a director for client vehicles, including POI licensees.
- Provide high-quality administration services to fund and corporate structures.
- Prepare for and attend board meetings, ensuring governance requirements are met.
- Oversee board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and investment transactions.
- Liaise with professional firms, clients, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years’ client relationship management experience, including experience with closed-ended alternative funds.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team.
- Directorship experience with strong governance knowledge.
- Client onboarding and business development experience.
- Professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, or similar (or working towards one).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
