Our client is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrator to support their Credit Operations team on a full-time basis for a 6-month contract. The role plays a key part in facilitating efficient lending activities and will involve close collaboration with Relationship Managers, Lending Specialists, and the Credit Risk Management teams. The successful candidate will ensure that credit procedures are followed accurately, documentation is complete, and high standards are maintained throughout the credit lifecycle.
Job Duties:
- Assist in ensuring all credit procedures and administration are completed in line with internal requirements
- Maintain the quality of loan book administration, including obtaining necessary authorisations, facility and security documentation, and legal opinions
- Produce facility letters for successful applicants
- Recommend and support continuous improvement of operational processes
- Liaise with and instruct panel law firms and property valuers
- Set up and maintain client facility data accurately
- Assist in arranging sub-participated facilities within the Group
- Support the repayment process and ensure the release of the bank’s security
- Arrange for the completion and drawdown of approved loan facilities
Job Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
- Experience working within structured processes and procedures
- Familiarity with issuing credit facilities or general credit administration
- High level of diligence and attention to detail, even under pressure
