Temporary Policy Servicing & Transactions Senior Administrator - 9 months

Our client is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrator to join their Policy Servicing and Transactions team for a 9 months period within the Unit Linked Operations department. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support a range of policy servicing and client transaction activities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent customer experience. The role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services administration, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Duties:

  • Process policy servicing requests including premium changes, holidays, surrenders, switches, and new business queries
  • Communicate with clients, intermediaries, and regional teams via email and telephone
  • Monitor outstanding tasks and prioritise workload in line with customer service standards
  • Contribute to the production and updating of operational training material
  • Maintain accurate risk and issue reporting through the appropriate tools
  • Review client due diligence as part of servicing events, including video/security calls
  • Support ongoing KYC checks and determine risk profiles as part of a four-eye process
  • Perform customer due diligence reviews for both individual and corporate clients
  • Update and escalate data gaps within customer profiles where necessary
  • Assist with internal projects and systems testing as directed by line management
  • Stay informed of operational and compliance updates through training and development

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the finance industry in an administrative capacity
  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Understanding of AML regulations and customer due diligence processes
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Results-driven with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Technically confident, with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across regions
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
