Business Platform Support Officer

Our client is seeking a Business Platform Support Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support and implement key strategic platform initiatives and projects across the business. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business users and the Business Applications Management team, ensuring seamless system enhancements and process improvements.

Job Duties:

  • Investigate and resolve issues raised by the business in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaise between business units and the Business Applications Management team to translate requirements into workable solutions
  • Develop and execute test plans for system changes and upgrades
  • Provide training to end users on new or amended functionality
  • Identify and implement controls to mitigate business and operational risks
  • Recommend and contribute to improvements in operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong internal communication with all departments involved in project delivery

Job Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and technical proficiency
  • At least five years’ experience in business analysis, technical support, or change management roles
  • Proven experience of delivering business support or platform implementation projects
  • Relevant supporting qualifications in business analysis, project delivery, or systems management
  • Willingness to travel as required for project and team needs
