Our client is seeking a permanent hire for their Investor Services team in Jersey. While the role is titled at Senior Manager level, strong candidates at Manager level will also be considered. This position offers an opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on closed-ended fund structures and investor servicing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a background in investor services, fund accounting, drawdowns/distributions, investor onboarding, or AML/CDD processes.
Job Duties:
- Oversee client onboarding, investor transactions (capital calls/distributions), and AML/CDD compliance
- Ensure investor servicing operations meet quality, timeliness, and regulatory standards
- Review fund closings and investor communications
- Build and manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Lead team delivery and support colleagues with more complex queries
- Represent investor services in client meetings, demos, and DDQs
- Drive service improvements, process automation, and procedural enhancements
- Support team mentoring, training, and development
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in investor services, fund accounting, trust/fund admin, or AML/CDD
- Strong technical understanding of private equity structures and investor servicing processes
- Proven experience managing onboarding and investor transactions
- Familiarity with FATCA/CRS and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality service
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and stakeholder communication
- Flexible mindset and strong collaborative approach
- Degree-level education or equivalent; relevant qualifications (e.g. ICSA, ACCA, etc.) desirable
