Our client is seeking a Feature Analyst to support the accurate and effective end-to-end delivery of business requirements across cross-functional teams. This full-time role involves clarifying and documenting business needs, collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, and ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and delivered. The successful candidate may also assume the role of Scrum Master when required, contributing to the team’s agile practices and delivery processes.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX, technology, support, and testing to gather and analyse functional needs
- Work with Product Owners to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support the feature team in delivering stories effectively and maintaining quality standards
- Conduct business interviews, facilitate workshops, and map user stories cohesively
- Participate in retrospectives and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Provide guidance to developers, testers and UX teams to ensure clear understanding of business context
- Maintain accurate documentation of business and data rules
- Ensure compliance with best practices in requirements gathering and solution delivery
- Contribute to successful delivery within an agile and collaborative environment
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT or a related discipline
- Experience in transactional banking and SAP systems
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, including LEAN and SCRUM methodologies
- Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
