Tax Reporting Administrator

Our client is seeking a Tax Reporting Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting the preparation and submission of international tax reports, ensuring compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations, and maintaining accurate client records. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of annual FATCA and CRS reports to relevant government authorities
  • Support ongoing remediation of CRS and FATCA client records as required
  • Review electronic client records to identify potentially reportable clients or changes in circumstances
  • Accurately arrange and monitor updates to customer electronic and permanent records
  • Stay informed of changes to FATCA and CRS requirements and apply updated knowledge to practice
  • Collaborate with Relationship Management and Accounting teams to resolve FATCA and CRS queries
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • Sound understanding of KYC/CDD obligations
  • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to continuous learning and adapting to regulatory changes
