Temporary Product Communications & Client Advocacy Lead - 12 months

Our client is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Product Communications & Client Advocacy Lead for a 12-month maternity cover position. This is a full-time opportunity where the successful candidate will champion the client voice and translate feedback into actionable insights to improve products and services. The role combines client advocacy with strategic communications, making it ideal for a skilled communicator with a passion for client experience, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Duties:

  • Organise and facilitate monthly Voice of the Client (VoC) forums with key internal stakeholders
  • Analyse and present client feedback and service improvement updates
  • Maintain detailed forum documentation and ensure findings are communicated across teams
  • Review and escalate client feedback from surveys, interviews, and meetings
  • Produce regular insight reports for leadership and business-wide distribution
  • Manage quarterly client surveys and liaise with the BI team to analyse and present findings
  • Attend and document client meetings, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Maintain a central repository of client feedback for internal use
  • Write and edit a range of content including press releases, leadership briefings, product guides, and client communications
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with the brand tone and client-first approach
  • Provide ad hoc writing and editing support to the Marketing team

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Demonstrated passion for client experience and continuous improvement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Power BI, HotJar, Microsoft Teams and Loop (desirable)
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful internal communications
