Our client is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to join their Technology and Data division on a permanent basis, working 35 hours per week in a hybrid capacity. This role will play a key part in delivering AI innovation across the organisation through the configuration and integration of AI solutions. You will be involved in the development and deployment of AI agents, integration into operational workflows, and ongoing collaboration with internal teams to explore and implement AI opportunities. Job Duties:
- Design, configure and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and related tools
- Collaborate with business units to tailor AI solutions to specific use cases
- Optimise AI agent performance through prompt engineering and experimentation
- Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems in partnership with developers and analysts
- Provide guidance on AI tools, best practices and upskilling of internal teams
- Evaluate open-source LLMs and local inference frameworks for potential use
- Test and prototype AI models in secure environments
- Identify and develop new AI use cases as part of innovation initiatives
- Align AI developments with business goals, bridging Technology & Data and Innovation teams
- Participate in AI governance discussions to support ethical and secure experimentation
- Contribute to the establishment of a scalable environment for AI testing and deployment
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft AI tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI
- Strong business analysis and communication skills
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI configuration
- Understanding of secure AI environments and governance principles
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning is desirable
- Background in software development or data analysis is advantageous
- Proactive, collaborative and curious mindset with a commitment to innovation
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Interest in continuous learning and development in AI and data technologies
