Our client is seeking a Client Reporting Executive Trust Accountant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant to work across a variety of trust and company structures, with a focus on financial reporting, investment monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
Job Duties:
- Prepare financial statements for trust and company structures in accordance with relevant accounting standards or regulatory requirements, with support from Senior Trust Accountants
- Perform periodic reconciliations of internal accounting records against portfolio statements from financial institutions
- Manage and maintain automated data feeds from third-party custodians
- Support quarterly and annual investment monitoring processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including advisors, bankers, lawyers, and consultants, in close coordination with Client Services
- Contribute to Client Reporting and Investment Monitoring improvement projects, including automation, system development, and standardisation initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Fully or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA) with relevant experience
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels and in a multi-cultural environment
- Proactive team player with a client-focused, service-oriented, and solution-driven approach
