Senior Associate, Change Management

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate in Change Management to play a vital role within their Transformation and Technology Pillar. This full-time position, contracted for 37.5 hours per week, focuses on driving successful digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with diverse project teams, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes, while promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure effective technology solution implementation that aligns with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute targeted change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training, and resistance management.
  • Identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans to foster support throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Design and deliver effective communications to facilitate user adoption and minimise disruption.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate the delivery of necessary training sessions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to mitigate risks and inform planning.
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management practices into project delivery, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback to improve change initiatives continuously.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in change management and digital transformation.
  • Assist with broader project implementation tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, organisational psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional qualifications such as Prosci (or equivalent) are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within a professional services or technology environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Residential status must enable work entitlement in Jersey, including Permanent or Family Resident Permit Holder.
