Senior Administrator, Corporate Services

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Administrator to join their Corporate Services team in a permanent position. This hybrid role is integral to supporting the delivery of governance and business initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies and exceed client expectations. You will play a vital role in conducting periodic reviews of client-administered entities and their associated parties, ensuring compliance and risk assessments align with regulatory expectations. Job Duties:

  • Conduct periodic reviews of client-administered entities and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) within stipulated timeframes.
  • Utilise search tools such as World Check to gather information on client structures and their associated parties, summarising findings for review.
  • Assess client due diligence requirements during onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.
  • Review and prepare comprehensive risk assessments for client entities, documenting any changes for senior management review.
  • Implement the three-tier test for beneficial ownership and control, ensuring accurate documentation of the process and decisions made.
  • Maintain accurate records related to source of wealth, beneficial ownership, and high-risk indicators.
  • Assist the Team Manager with client onboarding processes, ensuring efficient service delivery and accurate system updates.
  • Support the Team Manager during technological enhancements by testing systems and preparing guidance for the team.
  • Uphold corporate governance standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and the Group’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure systems maintain accurate and timely information to support effective client operations.
  • Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures, continuously developing knowledge in the relevant field.
  • Comply with CPD requirements and contribute to the adherence of the client’s core values in your daily work.
  • Undertake any other tasks as deemed necessary by management or the Group Board.

Job Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF regulations and their practical application.
  • Experience in administering complex corporate structures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in Risk and Compliance is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven application of good Corporate Governance principles.
  • Solutions-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.
  • Diploma level qualification (CGI, STEP) is preferred.
