Our client is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director within the Fund Solutions department, based in Jersey. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of private equity fund clients, manage a team, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Jersey office.
Job Duties:
- Act as a board Director for client and committee meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Manage the administration of client portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local legislation.
- Lead and support a team of administrators, conducting appraisals, coaching sessions, and regular one-to-ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a senior point of contact and supporting business development.
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements, escalating any concerns appropriately.
- Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency across daily tasks and team processes.
- Assist with aged debt management and financial reporting, working closely with the Director and Finance team.
Job Requirements:
- Solid background in fund administration, ideally within private equity.
- Professional qualifications such as ICSA, STEP, ACCA or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Jersey’s regulatory framework and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to assess complex issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Works well with others and contributes to a positive team culture.
