Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join their team. This role is essential in providing independent administration services to trust clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional service. This position is full-time with standard working hours.
Job Duties:
- Administer a varied portfolio of trust and company clients
- Liaise with clients and their advisers to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review client documentation, including minutes and reports
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members
- Handle financial transactions and ensure timely invoicing
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and policies
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in trust administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary law and trust structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust administration software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., STEP or equivalent) preferred
