Senior Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join their team. This role is essential in providing independent administration services to trust clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional service. This position is full-time with standard working hours.

Job Duties:

  • Administer a varied portfolio of trust and company clients
  • Liaise with clients and their advisers to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and review client documentation, including minutes and reports
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members
  • Handle financial transactions and ensure timely invoicing
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and policies

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trust administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of fiduciary law and trust structures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust administration software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., STEP or equivalent) preferred
