Client Strategy Manager

Our client is a leading specialist outsourced provider of innovative IT solutions, support, and managed services aimed at mid-sized organisations. With offices located worldwide, including the UK, our client’s team of highly qualified IT professionals supports companies across diverse sectors such as financial services, hospitality, education, and public services. In the role of Client Strategy Manager, you will be the first point of contact for client strategy, playing an essential role in building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high service levels. This position requires you to act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from the sales and onboarding stages through their entire engagement, while helping them maximise the value derived from services. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their business needs and challenges to formulate both short and long-term technology strategies.

Job Duties:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Guide clients from the sales and onboarding phases through their entire journey.
  • Create customised short and long-term technology strategies based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to triage and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Champion the client experience, focusing on user adoption and achieving business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and promote continuous customer success.
  • Enhance client engagement and ensure that clients feel supported throughout their partnership.
  • Gather client feedback to contribute to improving service offerings and internal processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships easily.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in identifying growth opportunities and promoting user adoption of services.
  • A proactive, customer-centric mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective collaboration skills.
