Temporary Senior Administrator, Asset Services - 12 Months

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Banking, Payment & Reconciliation Oversight team in Jersey for a 12-month fixed term contract. As an Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support to the Banking, Payment & Reconciliation team, business lines and Malaysian Operations. You will be instrumental in actively monitoring the services delivered by the Malaysian team, assisting with the collection of key performance/risk indicator data across outsourced activities, and supporting the development of change requests or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role offers the flexibility to work up to one day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements, while maintaining a strong presence in the office. This position is well-suited for an individual keen to grow in a high-volume business environment.

Job Duties:

  • Undertake process sampling/quality assurance on Banking, Payment & Reconciliation.
  • Perform process sampling/quality assurance across Banking & Payment products and services.
  • Support the collection of KPI/KRI data and the development of monthly reporting to the Outsourced Services Oversight Committee.
  • Monitor outsourced Reconciliation and Investigation activity to ensure it is completed in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous development of test cases.
  • Assist with identifying processing efficiencies and work reduction practices by proposing suggestions for change.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to ensure effective controls and services are performed in line with SLAs.
  • Support the review and development of operational procedures and process maps.
  • Escalate identified risks to management for review across Operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting Banking, Payment & Reconciliation activities within a high-volume business.
  • A practical understanding of Banking & Treasury Products.
  • Basic knowledge of SWIFT is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the products offered by the business lines is desired.
