Trust Administrator/Officer

Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator/Officer to join their dedicated team. This role is essential in supporting the administration and management of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Trust Administrator/Officer will interact with clients to provide guidance and manage their trust-related needs. This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The individual will play a key role in enhancing client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of trust services within the organisation.

Job Duties:

  • Administer trust accounts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage client relationships and provide professional support
  • Prepare and process trust documentation and reports
  • Assist in the distribution of trust-related communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
  • Monitor trust transactions and perform reconciliations
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of trust policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a trust administration or related role
  • Strong understanding of trust laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
