Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior IT Consultant to join their Service Delivery team, which is responsible for providing outsourced IT support. This role is critical to ensuring the effective and continuous provision of support to a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will be tasked with resolving technically challenging, time-sensitive, and high-priority tickets in accordance with established KPIs and SLAs. As a Senior Consultant, the ideal candidate will bring experience in managing complex environments, specialising in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies. The day-to-day responsibilities will involve administering Office 365, Azure, MFA, and Windows Server, including Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL. Additionally, a confident use of ticketing systems, firewall management (SonicWall, Ubiquiti), and Wi-Fi support will be essential, accompanied by a solid understanding of networking fundamentals. Furthermore, as a senior team member, the consultant may lead project delivery, necessitating both technical proficiency and strong business acumen.
