Temporary Fiduciary Administrator, Philanthropy

Our client is seeking a temporary Fiduciary Administrator to join their Philanthropy team on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the philanthropic team in managing a diverse portfolio of clients. This role entails ensuring that all client records and structures are maintained in compliance with relevant legislation while delivering excellent customer service. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall effectiveness and morale of the department. The successful candidate should be prepared for travel within the UK and Ireland as part of their role.

Job Duties:

  • Manage administrative tasks for the philanthropic team and their associated clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Philanthropic Team, including arranging travel and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Attend external and internal meetings, accurately record minutes, and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients and charities by collecting required documentation and responding to queries.
  • Prepare payments using various banking systems and compile supporting documentation for compliance and record-keeping.
  • Monitor donation agreements and issue reminders to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Provide support to other business areas as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
  • Ability to pick up new skills quickly and undertake tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Bright, confident, and energetic.
  • Discreet and diplomatic approach.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in maintaining records and taking minutes.
  • Ability to arrange business travel and create itineraries.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.
