Temporary Senior Fiduciary Administrator, Corporate & Trust

Our client is seeking a temporary Senior Fiduciary Administrator to join their Corporate & Trust team for a period of 12 months, with the potential to go permanent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate, trust, and foundation clients, ensuring they receive a high level of customer service. You will lead a team of experienced Administrators while also developing and mentoring trainees. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining client structures and their records in accordance with relevant legislation. This role involves authorising bank payments and holding key staff status upon completion of the probationary period.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Fiduciary Team Leader in supervising Corporate Administrators.
  • Train, develop, and mentor trainee Corporate Administrators within the team.
  • Administer Companies, Trusts, and Foundations across various jurisdictions while maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle the acquisition and disposal of assets and liabilities, including residential and commercial property, private yachts, and shares.
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate, trust, and foundation clients, addressing their specific enquiries.
  • Ensure the database is updated accurately with personal and corporate/foundation data for each entity.
  • Prepare and file statutory documents relating to amendments in company and foundation particulars.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to your portfolio of clients.
  • Despatch fee invoices to corporate and foundation clients while monitoring debtors.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fiduciary administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, trust, and foundation regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in database management and statutory documentation preparation.
