The role holder will report to the Director and, in their absence, to the Associate Director. The Manager will be responsible for the effective administration of a portfolio of companies and other entities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. This position demands a focus on maintaining high-quality service delivery and supporting client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess significant industry experience and a strong professional background.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the administration of a portfolio of companies and entities
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and firm standards
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery
  • Support and enhance client relationships
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, STEP, ICSA)
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualifying experience in the fiduciary sector
  • At least 10 years of experience within the industry
