Transformation Officer

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Transformation Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves assisting with driving organisational change across the Trust Group through the enhancement of processes via technology. The successful candidate will focus on managing data processes while considering AI and automation, assisting with IT projects, and providing operational support to project leaders.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee data management processes and ensure data integrity, collaborating with client teams to improve data quality
  • Gather, interpret, and summarise data from various sources to produce insightful documents that aid decision-making
  • Utilise data analysis tools and software for tasks while staying current with new and emerging tools and technologies
  • Assist with IT-related tasks, including managing hardware and software applications
  • Support transformation initiatives by coordinating activities that promote business improvements aligned with organisational goals
  • Leverage knowledge of techniques, methods, and procedures to enhance and streamline operational and administrative activities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery within scope
  • Adapt to short-term priorities while effectively balancing competing demands
  • Support less experienced team members by guiding and encouraging their professional growth
  • Guide teams through changes in processes to aid understanding of new systems and technologies

Job Requirements:

  • Possess very good technical knowledge and understanding to deliver activities within business transformation and technology enhancement
  • Experience working with PowerBI is desirable but not essential
  • Attainment or pursuit of a relevant qualification, meeting CPD requirements
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse range of individuals
  • Capability to produce documentation of a slight to moderately complex nature with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and resolve slight to moderately complex issues with support and direction
  • Proactive and self-sufficient to meet deadlines and objectives, seeking support and direction as needed
  • Capacity to work to specified standards and service levels while demonstrating a wider thought process around tasks, including assessing potential impacts and associated risks
  • Lead by example by exhibiting a positive and committed approach
